Persecuted Christians

More than 388 million Christians — 1 in every 7 Christians worldwide — face high to extreme levels of persecution and discrimination because of their faith.

They worship in secret. They are watched, threatened and driven from their homes. Some are imprisoned. Some are killed. And still they choose to follow Jesus.

Springwood Adventist Church will welcome Steve Swenson from Open Doors as our guest speaker on Friday 30 October.  We would love to see you and your congregation join with us and Christians we have invited from across our community to learn more about the persecution fellow believers in Christ face world-wide, and stand with them in prayer..

Hear their stories. Be challenged by their faith. Add your prayers to theirs.

They may be far away. But they are our family.
